MAIN DUTIES
- Monitor and assist customers entering and exiting the clinic, ensuring all are welcomed and guided meticulously.
- Schedule and remind appointments for customers based on the doctor's requests or proactively for treatment cycles, check-ups, routine inspections, dental cleaning, porcelain fittings, etc.
- Interact with customers via phone, Facebook, web...
- Collect any arising fees from customers.
- Coordinate between customers and doctors.
- Enter data into software, and create lists and information for patients upon their visit for consultation or treatment.
- Prepare reports on the results of consultations with new patients.
- Store patient records.
- Conduct procedures to guide patients to the treatment area.
- Type treatment plans according to the doctor's prescriptions for patient confirmation.
- Carry out procedures and transactions with insurance companies when customers require insurance payments.
- Collaborate with related departments.
- Prepare reports on patients' treatment debts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Female;
- Pleasant appearance, knows how to apply makeup.
- Fluent in English.
- Diploma or higher, preferably in reception or related fields.
- Good communication skills, capable of tactful interaction.
- Organized, disciplined.
